Neurilemoma is the most frequent tumor of the peripheral nerves and cellular neurilemoma is a variant with increased cellularity and marked nuclear variation. This report concerns a rare case of congenital cellular neurilemoma developed in the right forearm in a male newborn and he was managed with surgical excision. The relevant literature was reviewed.
